2021 Women’s Book Video Study: It’s Not Supposed To Be This Way

Lysa TerKeurst understands this deeply. During the It's Not Supposed to Be This Way Bible Study, you'll learn to:
Stop being pulled into the anxiety of disappointment by discovering how to better process unmet expectations and other painful situations.
Train ourselves to recognize the three strategies of the enemy so we can stand strong and persevere through unsettling relationships and uncertain outcomes.
Discover the secret of being steadfast and not panicking when God actually does give us more than we can handle.
Shift our suspicion that God is cruel or unfair to the biblical assurance that God is protecting and preparing us.
Know how to encourage a friend and help her navigate hard realities with real help from God's truth.

Hey Ladies! We hope you will join us and be a part of this awesome opportunity to meet and grow together.
How it works: if you are interested please contact us to register, or speak to Neeley at church on Sunday. If you are already a part of a small group (of women), you can join in with your group, 4-6 people per group recommended. All you need to do is let us know who all is in your group. If you are not in a group already we will place you in a new group, just let us know when you sign up.
The format: we meet at church at 7:30. Light refreshments and tea and coffee will be available, provided by groups alternating. After mingling in the wider group we will get into our small groups at 8 and start the video, which is around 20 minutes. Then we will answer the study questions in our groups…each group will finish at varying times, but generally all finish by 9/9:30.
Books/Study Books: to get the most out of this study we recommend you purchasing the study guide or the book. For those who order the book, we will give you the questions for group time. It depends on your preference. Church has a limited number of copies for sale, ($TBD $25-30), of both, but if you would prefer ebook or audiobook, please purchase those on your own.
